On Tuesday, August 14th we hosted a teleseminar with Bryant Greene. Bryant shared with us his 5 Strategies to Implement to Grow as a Small Business Owner. Mr. Greene is the owner of BMG Circle of Life, which is a home healthcare provider in PA. Bryant Greene has grown his business to #2 nationwide in the Always Best Care franchise. Over the last six months alone, BMG more than doubled their patient base.

Bryant Greene is the President of BMG Circle of Life, LLC, owns and operates his local franchise called Always Best Care Senior Services.His company provides non medical in home care and free assisted living placement (www.bristolpa.alwaysbestcare.com) He has successfully directed this Franchise’s planning, business development, resources, quality assurance and overall customer satisfaction.Bryant has over 20 years of experience in customer service, business operations and finance. Prior to running this franchise Bro. Greeneprovided his Leadership skills in business management to various industries including Healthcare and Multimedia technology. He has successfully managed budgets in excess of 100 million dollars annually and overseen several operational and capital project upgrades (i.e. building and grounds, software, marketing etc). Chrysler Financial, University of Pa Health System, and Comcast Cable are among some of Bro Greene’s previous employers.
Bro Greene is a Philadelphia native and now resides in South New Jersey. Bryant graduated from Central High School in Philadelphia and received an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Virginia State University. In addition, he received an MBA in Business Management and International Business from Philadelphia University (where he had an opportunity to study abroad in London, Brussels and Paris). Bryant was initiated into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. as an Undergraduate in spring 1990 (Transition Nefarious Thirteen). Currently he is an active member of Epsilon Pi Chapter located in Chester, PA and has held several leadership roles including Basileus, Reclamation and Retention Chairman and is currently the Ways and Means Chairman.
Bryant enjoys grilling, gardening and hosting BBQs for his family and friends whenever time permits.
